Omni Insurance Company was formed in 1995 when two London, Ontario, Canada property and casualty insurance companies merged their brokerages together. Those companies, Dome Insurance Brokers, Incorporated and Thomson McDonald Insurance Brokers Limited bought a third brokerage company soon after the initial merger. In total, the company would buy nine brokerages after they had merged to form Omni Insurance.
The company has three branch offices in the area and offers insurance for businesses, individuals and well as other insurance products and services. Some of the financial services, life insurance types, disability insurance and group health plans as well as dental insurance plans are handled by Omni’s sister company, Omni Life and Financial Services Incorporated.
